Look what we’ve learned!
We had an amazing summer this year!! We were able to ride our bikes from home and getting wet outside was a big treat that all the children enjoyed. The best dress up day was Pajama day! We had so many interesting visitors come to Adventures In Learning and show us many cool things. Thank you to the families that already brought in Family Collages. Please bring in family collages by the end of Sept.
The Yellow Sunshine class is about self help skills. Please allow and encourage your child to walk into class (instead of carrying them). Encourage your child to carry their own belongings. For example, lunch box and backpack. No sippy cups, pacifiers, etc. Class starts at 9:05 AM, so please be on time. Most of the curriculum is in the morning, so if you are late your child will miss out. Please feed your child a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Please make sure your child has an ice pack in their lunch box, so the food does not go bad. Please make sure they have a spoon too. Extra clothes: children have all types of accidents: nap-time, messy lunch, art activities, and water. We do not have extra clothes to hand out. If your child does have an accident at nap- time, please wash their sheets and bring clean ones back the next school day. Label all clothes and belongings. If you have any questions or concerns, Mrs. Nora's hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
