Yellow Sunshines January News
Look what we learned last month!
December was a month full of leaves and preparing for winter and the many wonders it holds. We did leaf art and painted fall and winter wonderlands. We did a lot of sorting and matching. We abused our craft skills on some cute ornaments and other fun winter trinkets. We got to see Santa and had an amazing feast. December was a fun month. We kept warm while learning about the cold and the exciting events that go on during December!
What we will learn this month…
January is bringing us back home. We will be learning about transportation and our neighborhood. We will be talking about and making different forms of transportation. We will be talking about the people that keep us safe in our neighborhoods. We will be singing “icky, sticky bubblegum” to remember our body parts and we will also continue counting. We are going to keep exercising our large motor skills by riding tricycles. January is going to be a month focused on the people and places around our homes.
Thanks To all of the parents for collaborating with Ms. Jas during potty training, as well as, helping make our feasts so amazing.
