Red Robins May News
Look what we’ve learned!
In April we worked on opposites, matching, patterns and geography. We used different art projects and worksheets to help us incorporate these lessons. We also started on our sight words. The children are able to recognized most if not all of the 12 sight words now! Good job Red Robins! Our teddy bear activities were a success. Thank you parents for your cooperation.
What we will learn in the month of May…
We will introduce new sight words to add to our first 12 from April. We will review the letters K-R. We are going to focus on rhyming as well to support early reading skills. Remember to help your child to complete the homework each week and turn it in. We will learn about the lifecycle of a butterfly and frog and much more. We will also make a special gift for Mothers Day as well. We are really excited!
