It’s time to reserve your child’s space and schedule for the 2021-2022 school year!
Yes! That includes you!
If you haven’t done so already there are two steps to complete:
- Go to your MyProcare parent portal @ https://www.myprocare.com/ today and re-register for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year.
- Complete the enrollment agreement. Use the link in the original letter emailed previously or access the letter below.
Both steps must be completed. Schedules will fill quickly as capacity continues to be limited for this year and we want you to have the days you need and prefer. Don’t delay!

HELP US KEEP EVERYONE HEALTHY!
In addition to the ongoing COVID-19 health emergency, the regular cold and flu season is upon us! In consideration of the children in our care, our staff, and all of their families;
PLEASE do not send your child to school if they have ANY cold or flu-like symptoms.
Stay home if your child or a member of your household is experiencing:
- Sore throat
- Runny or stuffy nose
- Body aches
- Loss of taste or smell
Current guidance is based on community exposure, for people exposed to people with known or suspected COVID-19 or possible COVID-19
If ANY member of your household (not just your child)
- Has been exposed
- Isn’t feeling well
- Is experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms
- Is getting tested/waiting on test results due to exposure or symptoms
Do not bring your child to school. All members of your household should assume they have been exposed and stay away from others until you can sort out the details of your particular exposure situation and are able to rule out COVID-19.
Call the center director to discuss your circumstances. We will follow all guidance provided by our public health resources.
Because only staff and children are allowed into the facility, parents, guardians and other authorized drop-off or pick-up people ARE NOT considered close contacts to our AIL team. This does not necessarily mean it is ok for your child to come to school if your household experiences illness or possible exposure.
Staying away from family members who have symptoms, are being tested, have tested positive, or have been exposed to COVID-19 is clearly tricky. Also, how do you isolate yourself from children who need around-the-clock supervision? Bottom line, you really can’t. Many families are faced with this, and the length of the quarantine depends on the specific situation if it turns out a family member is infected with COVID-19. In most cases, you and the rest of the household need to quarantine for seven to 10 days after the sick or potentially sick person has negative test results or meets the criteria to end home isolation. Also, per CDC guidance, you will have to restart your quarantine from the last day you had close contact with anyone in your house who has COVID-19.
These are the last sounds you want to hear coming from your child. PLEASE HELP US KEEP EVERYONE HEALTHY! This is NOT the year to medicate your child and send them off to school. We want to be here and open to support you. In consideration of this and our AIL family; DO NOT send your child to school if they have ANY cold or flu-like symptoms
