We made it parents. Through the craziest time of the year. Now what? The commercialism of the holidays is definitely overstimulating and it can be difficult to get in the swing of things again. Getting back to the daily grind is not easy for any of us and if you are four, it is probably pretty traumatic. That being said, it’s extremely important for your child to have a positive place to return to after the break. At Adventures in Learning we aim to provide a fun, positive experience for your little one. If you are considering making a change in your childcare this new year, are searching for a new childcare center for your infant or if you are looking for a part-time day care that meets your schedule Adventures in Learning is your local solution. As the premier early childhood education in Tustin, you are always invited to schedule a free visit and consider all that we have to offer.

The Holiday Transition

If this transition back from the holidays is difficult this year it is important to consider that it will more than likely pass. Maybe your little one doesn’t want to go to school after spending the extended break at home, this is perfectly normal. The drop off can be a bit of a challenge right now but our teachers will try and make it as painless as possible. You may have noticed your little one is not listening like they should, and this too will pass. With consistency and a clear understanding of what is expected of them, listening skills will develop with time. The important thing to do this time of year is keep your little one’s active and engaged. At Adventures in Learning we are committed to providing the best childcare available all with consistency, compassion and caring. Please contact us with further questions and we will be in touch with you shortly.
