Red Robins April News
Look what we learned last month!
For the month of March our Red Robins kept very busy! We learned all about the holiday St. Patricks Day and why we celebrate it. We had Mr. Lucky come visit our room! He made such a mess and couldn’t find him anywhere but we did find his gold! It was such a thrilling experience. We worked really hard on our sight words by writing our own sentences and drawing a picture of what we drew. We worked as a team to keep our classroom clean and cooperated with one another. We reviewed our numbers and focused on different cultures. We had our families bring in a special dish that represented their culture. We had an amazing month of March!
What we will learn this month…
In April we will be reviewing our sight words and the entire alphabet. We will be focusing on learning to read 3-4 word sentences. Our Red Robins are advancing and excited learning. We will be making our own farm house. We will be learning all about how important it is to protect our environment. Everyone will grow their own plant! W will be having a party to welcome spring! Our Red Robins will soon begin practicing their graduation songs in preparation of the Big Day Pre-Kindergarten graduation more information to come.
