Blue Birds January News
Look what we learned last month!
In the month of December, the Blue Birds had fun learning about transportation, winter holidays and celebrations, sharing, and much more! We all had a wonderful time seeing Santa and exchanging books. To prepare for all of the winter fun, the Blue Birds made snowflakes, stockings, draidel, and wreaths made from their handprints! We also made Holiday gifts for our mommies and daddies. They also continued our Zoo Phonic letters Jj – Nn.
What we will learn this month…
For the month of January, the Blue Birds will be learning about our community, weird science, and the weather. The letters we will be working on are Oo Olive Octopus, Pp Peewee Penguin, Qq Queeny Quail, and Rr Robby Rabbit. We will spend the month discussing about stranger danger and focus on sharing with our friends. We will practice graphing and measuring, and learning about money! We will watch our weather and learn about different clouds. We will also learn about different community helpers. The Blue Birds will continue to create many masterpieces this month.
