This school is amazing! I feel like they are family.
The teachers are very attentive, educational, and fun. It is a huge relief to know that my son has the best care while I am away at work. My son came from a high priced Irvine Day Care that I paid $1290 a month for and they were horrible and understaffed. Finding Adventures in Learning has been awesome. My son has been there 2 years and has had a great time there. My friends children went there 10 years ago and still to this day remember and speak of their teachers that are still there (not many day cares can say that). Thank you to all the staff at Adventures In Learning!!! They are awesome!!!
Fantastic School!!!! My daughter has attended this school since she was 5 months old and I couldnt be happier with the care she has received. The entire staff is caring, educated, compassionate – I feel totally comfortable leaving my precious little girl in their care every day. It is never easy, as a mom, to leave your child when you have to go back to work, but everyone was very caring and understanding. I would recommend this school to any friend of mine, and should I be blessed with another child someday, A.I.L. will be the first place I go for childcare. - Proud AIL Parent
From the moment I walked in to Adventures In Learning (AIL), I knew it was the right daycare provider/preschool for my family. I had been to several other day cares in the area and AIL was above and beyond the best. AIL has taken care of my oldest daughter Samantha from 3 years old until she was ready for kindergarten. We had our baby boy, Nicolas and he joined Samantha at AIL at 8 weeks old, he is now 10 months old. It has been one of the best decisions we have made. Both our children stay a full day, Monday-Friday. The teachers are not only friendly, but they create a wonderful teaching environment that is extremely interactive. They have really helped prepare Samantha for school. They have many interactive/educational toys that keep the children very stimulated. This is also a big difference between AIL and other day cares. Many other day care facilities have the basics, dolls or trucks. But AIL also has the educational toys from infant to Pre K, most of which I see sold at Lakeshore Learning Store. They keep a very orderly and clean environment for my children. All the toys have a "home" and every "home" is labeled. This order flows over into our own home. I have seen a vast improvement in Samantha’s ability to put her own toys away. The entire staff thinks about what is best for the children. Although it is a job, I can tell they all care for the children. Yet, they always made me feel like I am still the "Mom" with total control over how they are raised. It is the little things, like letting me think I got to see him clap for the first time, when in fact he may have been doing it for weeks. I love how the daycare splits the children into age appropriate rooms. I know that Nicholas is really safe and that the toys he is playing with are not only age appropriate, but also educational. Now that he is "on the move", it is nice to know the small toys from the older kids are not co-mingled with where he plays. AIL does not use the TV as a babysitting tool (I know, how refreshing!) Other day care centers we looked at all had a TV and used it daily for several hours. It is nice to walk in to pick up my kids and see them playing outside or in the room with a teacher reading to them. The security system is yet another plus for AIL. There is only one door to get in and each parent gets their own code to access the door. Most other locations either have the same code for all parents or nothing more than a sign out sheet and a policy to check ID’s. AIL is above and beyond the best daycare – from infant to kindergarten, they do it all! -Shannon Gancy – Proud parent at Adventures In Learning
The Best Preschool in Tustin! My two children attended this school from age 6 months through Pre-K. It was a wonderful experience for our entire family. We felt very comfortable going off to work everyday. The teachers and administration is superb. We couldn’t have asked for more. It is a warm and inviting atmosphere. My children went off to Kindergarten ready to learn. The Kindergarten teachers even complemented the preschool. If you are looking for a quality center where the children are getting the best care and early childhood curriculum this is the place! - Thank you Adventures In Learning!
Dear Adventures In Learning Staff,
I am writing this letter to thank you for the 8 years of care and support that you have provided not only for my children, but for my whole family. Having professional, reliable, consistent child care at AIL has been a huge part of the happiness in our families and the success in our careers. As a working mom, child care is one of my most important assets, and I can say with absolute confidence that at AIL, I have invested wisely. My children have learned so much during their time at AIL that I could not possibly write it all down in one letter. However, there are a few specific areas where we have been espcially pleased with your philosophy and approach:
- Toilet training – the advice and support that you provided made potty training a breeze
- Manners- in both words and actions, our children were given good lessons, examples and positive reinforcement that has helped them develop into respectful young ladies who are comfortable in any social setting.
- Independence- your philosophy builds independence and a s a result, our girls are confident whether they are trying something new, struggling with something difficult, or needing to ask for help.
- School readiness- the structured learning time in the areas of letters, phonics, numbers, and other areas along with the free time to explore enriching activities have left both of my girls ready and eager to enter kindergarten.
- Care- both of my children grew to respect and care deeply for their teachers, many of whom have been on staff at AIL for their entire time here.
The longevity of both children and teachers at AIL is a true testiment to what a great place it is for families. I have happily recommended several of my friends and co-workers to AIL and will continue to do so. We will miss all of the wonderful teachers and staff at AIL as we venture into the next phase of our children’s education. We truly feel that AIL has become part of our family during our time here.
Sincerely,
Heidi and Mike Primeaux
I have 3 kids, ages 8, 5 and 3. My oldest went to a Christian preschool and so did my middle. After kindergarten for my oldest, I moved her into public school and my son over to Adventure In Learning (where my brother went over 25 years ago, but it was called Yorba Park Preschool). I was shocked at the level of education my son received at such an early age. By the age of 4 ½ my son knew the alphabet phonetically and my 1st grader did not. He also learned how to write his name on the lines within 2 weeks as well as tie his shoes before kindergarten. My youngest started at the age of 2 right out of home day care. He knows all of his colors, shapes and is constantly singing songs that he learned in school. He has almost mastered tying his shoes at age 3 as well as trying to write his name. When we pick up my youngest, my other 2 kids are treated with hello’s and high fives from all of the teachers and kids. It generally takes us 10 to 15 minutes to leave as they are having so much fun with them. Not only is the teaching incredible, but the facility is also very clean. I manage janitorial services for a living and monitor the cleaning levels of over 600 day care facilities across the US as well as 1000 other types of industries and this is one of the cleanest day care facilities I have seen. My kids never had the flu or even a common cold when attending Adventure for Learning. I contribute that to the level of cleanliness and pride this Center Director and her teachers take on their facility. I would if I had to do it all over again, send all my kids to Adventures in Learning. My son has 2 more years here and I hope they go by slowly because we will truly miss these teachers and this center. -G. Kagan
Awsome!! I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my child to spend her first years. I brought her to AIL when she was 2 months old. I was nervous leaving my only child all day with people I did notnknow. The staff and teachers made it such an easy transition. I can not thank them enough. My child will graduate from AIL this year and go on to Kindergarten with confidence. Thank you AIL!!!! -"BirdMom"
Fantastic School! As the mother of four children, my five year old daughter didn’t need a day care. She needed a place to get a headstart in education and prove (to herself) she could do school work just like her older siblings. She needed a preschool where she was actually learning in a warm educational setting. We found it in Adventures In Learning. What a terrific preschool and staff. Though she was there for less than a year every teacher knew her by name. The staff is warm and loving to each child and helps them with their school work at individual paces. A weekly review is sent home letting you know how and what your child did each day. My daughter has made wonderful friends, learned more than she would let me teach her and has come to love every staff member. It will be sad when she leaves for kindergarten, but she will have many wonderful memories and a great start for school. -C. Pinnix
School for the children of our future! I from personal experience in having children attend this school want to express my appreciation and gratitude in educating my children with the highest caliber. I love the teachers with their ingenuous ways in not only educating our children, but also instilling values that coincide with our society in the traditional past and as well as today’s values.
My children have increased respect not only to us the parents, but adults in general. The school also has a phenomenal environment for my children and my complete confidence in educating my children. I just wish all the schools in the country have the same dedication that Adventures in Learning has. If I have more children in the future, Adventures in Learning is definitely the choice for educating my children. This is the place to forge our children of the future. Thumbs up for me! Thank you Adventures in Learning! – A. Talabá
My husband and I are so happy that our daughter enjoyed preschool at Adventures in Learning in Orange. It’s not easy to send your first child to school but seeing what a great time our daughter had, made it a breeze. And we know we have the staff at Adventures in Learing to thank for that. The activities you plan, the room you decorate, the friendships you help foster– it’s all incredible, and it’s helping our daughter to believe that school is fun, which is incredibly important. -Robert and Violet
